Items are not shipped, as mentioned in the customer FAQ, after paying the reserve price on the website, customer has to physcially visit the store, inspect the item, pay the balance and collect the item.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Refunds: If you dont like the item at the time of inspection and wish to cancel the Order and inform merchant as such and order will be marked as cancelled. Any reserve price amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method in 7 - 10 days.

Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or concerns about fraudulent activity.
